Here’s the thing. Finding a breakfast that 4 very fussy people like is hard. I often end making something different for everyone!
This is the answer for us. Apple muesli.
The night before grate 2 apples into a bowl. Add 2 and a half cups of oats. Pour over enough fresh pressed apple juice (not the concentrated stuff) to just cover the mixture. Give it a stir, cover with cling film and pop it into the fridge over night.
Next morning serve it with coconut yogurt, blueberries and agave nectar.
