I love the food at Ottolenghi & I’ve been drooling over their cookbook for the last 5 months. I hadn’t made anything from it though since yesterday. WOW! Even if I do say so myself I made a great Easter Sunday lunch! We had the green bean & mange tout salad with orange and hazelnuts. And the roasted butternut squash with burnt aubergine and pomegranate molasses sauce. I served it with lamb marinated in fresh mint, lemon and garlic. It was a taste sensation!
