Sorry to all you vege’s out there, but I just have to tell you about my new favourite recipe! I watched Hugh Fearrnley-Whittingstall a couple of weeks ago and was really taken with this asian inspired beef recipe. It was dead easy to make and tasted senstaional. The meat was melt in the mouth and the ginger and chilli gave it real flavour. I’m going to be making this all winter long.
